Cookie information
This website is operated by DGC Global Inc. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
We use essential cookies to protect our contact forms and remember your privacy choice. Embedded YouTube videos are optional and are not loaded until you allow them and choose to play a video. We do not currently use analytics or advertising tools of our own.
Your choice
When you first visit, you can select Reject optional, Accept all, or Preferences. Rejecting optional cookies leaves the website and contact forms available; embedded YouTube playback stays disabled. “Accept all” currently permits YouTube videos only, in addition to essential cookies.
Your choice is normally saved for 180 days, whether you accept or reject. We ask again if it expires, you remove it, or the categories or purposes change. If your browser blocks cookies, your choice may apply only to the current page. Settings are specific to this browser and website hostname.
Essential cookies
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
biotrex_contact | Secures contact forms, including protection against forged submissions. It also supports temporary server-side storage of entries if sending fails, so you can correct or retry them. | Session cookie; normally expires when you close your browser. |
biotrex_cookie_choice | Remembers whether you allow YouTube videos and the time and version of your choice. It contains no name or email address and is not used for advertising or audience measurement. | 180 days. |
These cookies support website security and your requested privacy settings. They remain active regardless of your optional-cookie choice. Browser settings may block them, but doing so can prevent form submission or remembering your choice.
Optional YouTube videos
YouTube is provided by Google. Before you allow videos, preview images are served from our own website and no embedded YouTube player is loaded. Allowing videos does not start a video automatically: the player is loaded when you select a video to play, or confirm permission after requesting playback.
We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player at youtube-nocookie.com. This is not a guarantee that playback uses no cookies or similar browser storage. When the player loads, Google receives information such as your IP address and device/browser information. Google may use cookies or similar technologies for playback, security, measurement and advertising. Their names and retention periods are controlled by Google and may vary.
See the Google Privacy Policy, Google’s cookie information and YouTube’s explanation of privacy-enhanced mode.
Changing or withdrawing permission
Use Cookie settings in the footer on any page. Select Reject optional, or turn off YouTube videos and save. Loaded players are removed from the current page and future embedded playback is blocked unless you allow it again. Other open BIOTREX tabs update when notified or when you return to them.
Withdrawing permission cannot undo information already sent to Google. We cannot delete cookies or storage belonging to Google from our website; you can remove them using your browser’s site-data settings. A “Watch on YouTube” link opens YouTube as a separate service, which has its own privacy practices.
